ACFE Jamaica Chapter

The Jamaica Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners was officially formed on March 12, 2019. Since inception, the Chapter has hosted a number of events with a view to spread fraud awareness.

These events included face to face monthly meetings, webinars, training and also anti-fraud conference.

The Jamaica Chapter supports the mission of the global ACFE body.

ACFE Mission

The mission of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) is to reduce the incidence of fraud and white-collar crime and to assist the membership in fraud detection and deterrence.

To accomplish our mission, the ACFE:

Provide bona fide qualifications for Certified Fraud Examiners through administration of the CFE Exam.
Set high standards for admission, including demonstrated competence through mandatory continuing professional education.
Require Certified Fraud Examiners to adhere to a strict code of professional conduct and ethics.
Serve as the international representative for Certified Fraud Examiners to business, government and academic institutions.
Provide leadership to inspire public confidence in the integrity, objectivity and professionalism of Certified Fraud Examiners.
